Mo Farah: No Easy Mile: Even Usain Bolt can't understand Mo's insane training in exclusive new clip
Olympic icons Mo Farah and Usain Bolt are firm friends both on and off track, but even the fastest man on the planet admits he can’t wrap his head around the insane training schedule of his long distance running pal.
“I can’t understand long distance people,” Bolt says in our exclusive clip from new documentary ‘Mo Farah: No Easy Mile’ – out now on DVD and digital download.
“They work so much and they run so much, even their warm up they run for miles upon miles just getting their legs warmed up. And I always ask, ‘how does that make any sense?’ How can you run the same distance you’re about to run on the track? Just to warm up?!”
It obviously works for the 33-year-old Brit who completed a double-double at this year’s Rio Olympics where he successfully defended his 5000m and 10,000m titles four years after winning both golds at London 2012.
One of the UK’s greatest ever Olympians offers an unprecedented insight into his life in ‘Mo Farah: No Easy Mile’ the incredible life story of a man who has become not only the most successful track athlete in modern Olympic Games history, but also a British hero.
Out now on DVD and digital download.
