Donald Trump calls Django Unchained a ‘totally racist movie’

Crazy haired tycoon Donald Trump has condemned Quentin Tarantino’s Oscar winning ‘Django Unchained’, tweeting “Django Unchained is the most racist movie I have ever seen, it sucked!”

Business magnet Trump, who appears on the US version of ‘The Apprentice’, then went on to explain his reaction to the movie on Access Hollywood Live:

"I thought it was totally racist. I thought it wasn't a good movie," said the notoriously opinionated Trump, "I've never seen so many people get hit by a bullet and explode. It was like they got hit by bombs."

He then added: "I love some of his movies. I just didn't like this one. I wanted to leave a little early. I didn't do that, but I was bored by it. I got tired of watching people blow up.”

The 66 year-old then went on to say that he thought Tarantino’s cult classic ‘Pulp Fiction’ was one of the greatest movies ever made, but he “just didn't particularly like this movie.”

‘Django Unchained’ has also come under fire from filmmaker Spike Lee, who claimed the film trivialised America’s history of slavery.

No stranger to his high horse, Trump is now most infamously recognised at a high profile advocate of the “Birther” movement – a group of conspiracy theorists that claim President Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States.

During the 2012 Presidential Elections, Trump publically offered a $5 million donation to a charity of Obama’s choice, in exchange for the release of his birth certificate.

Quentin Tarantino won Best Original Screenplay for ‘Django Unchained’ at this Sunday’s 85th Academy Awards.
