13 NFL teams that have never won a Super Bowl

After 51 years of Super Bowls, there are still 13 NFL franchises that have never secured a championship. Even worse? There are four teams that haven't made it to the big game even once.

Over the past five-plus decades, different dynasties have racked up wins, leaving the franchises vying for their first banner in the dust. The Pittsburgh Steelers lead the league with six Super Bowls, while the New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers each have five.

The Philadelphia Eagles, a participant in Super Bowl LII, are among the teams that are currently without a championship. In order to get their hands on the Lombardi trophy, the Eagles will have to go through the aforementioned Patriots. New England is going for its record-tying sixth title.
