Fast X's Gal Gadot has no idea how Gisele is back alive
It turns out even Gal Gadot has no idea how her character Gisele in the Fast & Furious franchise is still alive.
The Wonder Woman star shocked fans when she reappeared in the final few moments of Fast X, emerging out of a submarine hatch to offer Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) and Cipher (Charlize Theron) a ride home.
It turns out Gisele's heroic return was also a surprise to Gadot, who has no idea how her character defied death after supposedly meeting her end when she fell from a plane in Fast & Furious 6.

Gadot told Entertainment Weekly: "Well, I'm going to have to wait for the script just like everyone else. I'm curious myself."
Yet, Gadot remained tight-lipped about why she returned to the franchise for that Fast X cameo, and what that could mean for future movies.
"That, I can't tell you. You've got to be on my speed dial! But it's been great," she continued.
"[2009's] Fast & Furious was the first movie I've ever done. They were the first ones who were really believing in me and giving me the opportunity in the American market, and I will forever have a soft spot for them."

It’s not the first time the action-packed franchise has seen killed-off characters mysteriously come back to life in later instalments.
Now a firm fixture, Letty supposedly met her end in Fast Five until a mid-credit scene revealed that she was still alive, and had suffered a head injury that left her with significant memory loss.
Similarly, Han (Sung Kang) cheated death and reappeared in Fast & Furious 9, having also been presumed dead after the events of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
Fast X is now playing in US and UK cinemas.
