A new shortlist of actors allegedly being considered to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond has popped up online

While we’re still not completely certain that Daniel Craig won’t be returning for a fifth outing as 007, The Sun, via Den Of Geek, has speculated that producers are looking at seven other contenders to step into the suave suit.

Unsurprisingly Tom Hiddleston, who has been favourite to become the seventh James Bond for several months, is included on this list.

He’s joined by the likes of Idris Elba, Luke Evans, Jamie Bell, Charlie Hunnam and Michael Fassbender, each of whom have also been linked in the tabloids with the highly coveted part.

Meanwhile James Norton, the 31-year-old star of ‘Mr. Turner’ and the upcoming sci-fi horror reboot of ‘Flatliners’, is also allegedly being considered.

This comes just a few days after reports emerged suggesting Tom Hughes, who is currently portraying Prince Albert in the BBC miniseries ‘Victoria’, is potentially being eyed up, too.

In fact, all these various reports basically reveal is that, while his replacement hasn’t quite been decided, it’s extremely unlikely that we’ll see Daniel Craig as James Bond ever again.
