The trailer sees a reluctant Scott Jr take in the sizeable pooch when his sister Laura (Lyndsy Fonseca) turns up with Hooch following the passing of his father.
A phone call with his mother reveals that the late Scott Sr wanted him to have the dog after he rescued him from a shelter, as "it was almost like the original Hooch came back".
Chaos soon ensues as Hooch tears up his apartment and causes disruptions with his work. "He behaves for everyone but me," Scott notes
However, help and a potential love interest looks to come in the form of the head of the US Marshals dog training programme, Erica Mouniere (Vanessa Lengies).
The series also stars Carra Patterson as Scott's street-smart partner Jessica Baxter, Brandon Jay McLaren as Xavier Wilson, a marine-turned-US Marshal, Anthony Ruivivar as Scott's boss Chief James Mendez and Jeremy Maguire stars as Matthew Garland, Laura's son.
